Payment, Cancellation & Key Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to request full payment at any point to secure your booking.

If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before check-in, a full refund will be provided.

For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the payment.

Lost keys will incur a replacement charge of £25.00.
